These bread sticks are SO good and very easy to make! My family really, really likes them!
Ingredients:
1 loaf worth (1/3 recipe) whole wheat refrigerator dough
1/4 cup melted butter
2-3 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp. Garlic powder)
3 T. Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Drizzle a small amount of the butter into a 7×11 baking pan and spread around until the bottom of the pan coated.
Divide the bread dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rope that is just shorter than the width of your pan. Lay all of the rolled portions in the pan side by side.
Add the garlic to the remaining belted butter and drizzle it over the top of the bread sticks. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the bread sticks, cover with a towel and let rise for 15-20 minutes.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm…YUM!
